Choose a shower gel according to your skin type

Everyone's skin is different, so choosing the right bath products for you is crucial. Human skin is roughly divided into four types: dry, oily, neutral and sensitive.

Most people have neutral skin, and their skin does not feel dry or greasy after bathing. These people can use weakly acidic body washes for daily bathing.

People with dry skin will feel tight soon after taking a bath, and the recovery time will be longer, especially in winter. A layer of white dead skin will appear when you gently scrape it, and it is easy to dry and crack. Therefore, people with dry skin should choose a moisturizing, moisturizing and antipruritic shower gel when bathing to protect the skin, and at the same time, apply a moisturizing body lotion as soon as possible after bathing to lock the skin's moisture.

People with oily skin tend to form dirt due to the high secretion of sweat and sebum, which can block pores and even cause acne. These people should choose bath products that focus on cleaning. However, it should be noted that do not rub hard with a bath towel because of skin oil, so as to avoid skin damage. You can use a sponge to rub rich foam to achieve the purpose of cleaning the inside of the pores, especially the neck, back, shoulders and other skin prone to acne.

Sensitive skin is very delicate and can become red even with slight irritation, so use less body wash when bathing, or wash off with mild herbal washes that contain allergy relief. After bathing, it is best to protect your skin with a cool bath towel or lotion before applying skin lotion.
