How to store shower gel sets

1.Storage in original packaging

 

• Generally, bath gift sets have exquisite outer packaging. If the set is unopened, it is best to place it in the original packaging. This can prevent dust, moisture and other external factors from affecting it. For example, the paper box packaging of many sets can provide a certain degree of protection to prevent the bottles and jars in the set from being damaged by collision.
• Place the set in a dry, cool place, such as the corner of the closet or the middle layer of the storage rack. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, because long-term exposure to light may cause the packaging to fade and may even affect the quality of the bath products in the set. For example, the composition of shower gels containing natural plant ingredients may change due to light.

2.Storage in sealed bags

• If you are worried that the original packaging is not sealed enough, you can put the whole set into a large sealed bag after putting it in the original packaging. For example, use a thick plastic sealed bag, squeeze out the air inside and seal it well. This can further isolate air and moisture, especially in a humid environment, which can effectively prevent the set from getting damp.

1.Liquid products such as shower gel and shampoo
 

• Store in original bottles: If the liquid products such as shower gel and shampoo in the set have been opened, make sure the bottle caps are tightened. Many of these products have sealing designs on the bottle caps, such as rubber gaskets, which can prevent liquid leakage and air from entering when tightened.
• Correct placement: Place them upright on the shelf in the bathroom. Avoid placing them horizontally or upside down, as this may cause liquid leakage, and if the liquid contacts the bottle mouth for a long time, it may cause the bottle mouth to be blocked or breed bacteria.
• Pay attention to environmental conditions: Although these products are used in bathroom environments, try to avoid leaving them in a humid environment for a long time. If the bathroom is not well ventilated, you can temporarily place them in a relatively dry place after use, such as a small shelf in the bedroom.

2.Solid products such as soap and bath balls

• Soap
  If the soap is not used up, keep it dry. You can put it in a soap box with a drain hole so that after use, the moisture on the soap can flow through the drain hole to prevent the soap from becoming soft and rotten due to soaking in water for a long time.
  
  You can also place the soap in a well-ventilated place, such as a small shelf near the bathroom window, and let it dry naturally. However, be careful to avoid direct sunlight, because some soaps contain ingredients such as fragrances, and long-term exposure to the sun may cause the fragrance to dissipate or change color.
   
• Bath balls
  Make sure that the used bath balls are completely dry before storing. You can hang the bath balls in a ventilated place, such as hanging them on hooks in the bathroom. If the bath balls are still damp, put them away, as they are prone to breeding bacteria and mold.After the bath balls are completely dried, they can be placed in a clean storage bag or small box, separated from other bath products to avoid cross contamination.
